Kolya Naturals

I have made a couple of online orders and have been very happy with the delivery, cost, accuracy and of course the samples. I needed a couple of things and stopped in at the physical store. There is plenty of parking and being co-located with Optimum Heath Vitamins there were a lot of other things to look at! The staff in the Kolya Skincare and Beauty section was very helpful and friendly! I’d definitely go back for advice on other products. But for regular purchases I’d continue online, just to get the samples and the Kolya reward points, as I didn’t get either at the store.

Serene and tranquil spa, it's my favorite. Every detail is attended to, and the prices are absolutely fair.

This place has a great variety of high quality natural, green and clean beauty & skincare products! I've been in store and ordered online many times and I'm always so impressed with the love and care they put into their customer service! Genuine staff and a great company to support in Edmonton! I look forward to trying out their spa one day too!

I just received my Innersense product order. I had never heard of Kolya before, and was just trying to find these products anywhere possible. I was just happy about finding them here, (and with a 15% off promo for first-time purchases!) but THEN Kolya blew me away with their awesome customer service- I wanted to add an additional product to my large order and not have to pay shipping for that one item I'd forgotten, and they made the change for me right away. On top of that the shipment arrived (to Toronto) ahead of schedule, was beautifully wrapped, and as I was about to recycle the shipping box I noticed they's tucked in all kinds of additional goodies, such as turmeric tea, Belgian chocolate and some skincare and makeup samples! Wow. I will most definitely be ordering from Kolya in the future whenever I am looking for some clean beauty products- thank you guys so much!

Definitely my new favourite shop to buy natural skin care products! They have a huge selection of Eminence, but also a lot of other brands too. My friend was looking for a brand that she tried in BC, and Kolya is one of only a handful of stores in Edmonton that carry it so that was very convenient! The skincare area employees were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I found the atmosphere to be very relaxing and holistic.
