I got my hair done by Sydney and she did an amazing job. She was so friendly and professional. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their hair done.

I’m currently going to this spa for laser treatments. They are welcoming, clean and efficient. My technician Zenida is amazing! They have all their COVID precautions in place and I feel super safe visiting here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spa in Sherwood Park.

Likely one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. When I was not happy with the hair style provided, I phoned and was met with defensiveness. When I went back into the salon to show how AWFUL the hair style was I was met with Defensiveness and refusal to fix the situation. He raised his voice in front of other customers and his employees. It was embarrassing and I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. Lovely staff/stylists -defensive, confrontation, unprofessional manager.

I always go here for a cut & color from Mateena, she always listens to me and makes sure to give me exactly what I want. She checks in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I'm still comfortable with what I'm getting, and it always comes out perfect. She's super nice and I love chatting with her. The place is always clean & organized and I never have to wait. 10/10
