The Spa Spot

This is one of the best experiences owning a hot tub compared to any other hot tub company out there. When I was shopping for another hot tub at other companies it was like a used car sales man and they could not give a straight answer to me for what I wanted for remove and replace my old hot tub for a new hot tub with like hidden extra fees for delivery and removal. I purchased my new hot tub last year from a great team at the Spa Spot. Had some warranty work done in a very fast manner with no change and I'm from fort Saskatchewan. I highly recommend this company and staff. They do awesome work. Don't waste your time with the other companies...check out the Spa Spot.

I'm a long time customer of Spa Spot who purchased a hot tub about 4 years ago now. Never any issues and always helpful and friendly when purchasing supplies. In the past year I've moved houses, was in limbo for a number of months and needed to store my hot tub to a new house. Kyle was a great help and worked with me on resolving my dilemma. The move took way longer than expected and they still worked with me to help me out. With the hot tub all moved into the new house I ran across a minor leak within a couple weeks. Although this had nothing to do with Spa Spot, once again they really stepped up to help me out even when I wasn't the most pleasant, all the staff were extremely helpful and patient with me. I can't say enough to the staff, Peter, Dallas and especially Kyle. They just keep on going above and beyond. Spa Spot isn't just looking for a sale. They are looking to build that client relationship and keep it going through the years. They've made a life time customer out of me. 100% quality products and the follow on service years later to show it!

My wife and I were in the market for a hot tub for sometime. We visited many other dealers before The Spa Spot and even had a deposit down with one of the "bigger name brands." To our surprise, the "name brand" company told us that it was over a 30 week wait to get our tub so a friend referred us to Kyle and his team. After walking in, we could already tell that this was very different. There were no pressure sales and we could have a genuine conversation without being upsold on absolutely everything. Peter was our salesman and he did a fantastic job. Believe it or not, Peter actually talked me into getting a cheaper tub than I was looking at because of what I told him I wanted to use it for. Kyle also talked me into a different colour shell which I was hesitant at first but once it was delivered and installed, it was absolutely the right colour for our backyard and furnishings. Once we got our Spa delivered, I called Peter probably 50 times on the first day asking questions and he answered them all with no issue. This was one of the best buying experiences we've had. Also- our tub has a ton more features than the competitor we had a deposit on and was thousands of dollars less. You can't beat that! I highly recommend Kyle, Peter, and the rest of the team at The Spa Spot!

What a great customer experience! Buying a hot tub is a huge investment, but I was impressed by the way the staff at Spa Spot treated us from the first visit to the delivery. Even now, I’m getting the best service when I have questions about my hot tub. I already recommended this AMAZING local business to all my friends and two of them got a hot tub from Spa Spot. When we started looking for a new hot tub, we didn't do much shopping around because of the staff and product - which when we researched is a great product. Kyle was so helpful and didn't try to over sell us. Asked how many and health requirements and he recommended a few options. After sales have been amazing. I haven't been to many places where they aren't happy when you called them after hours for help! They remember my whole family and treat us like family - I can't recommend them enough.
