**This company is not reliable. Reply: Your plumber called me with his Ontarian phone number. I wasn't expecting a call from Ontario that day. When I noticed we missed the appointment, I asked my secretary to call you back (December 10th) You told her you were extremely busy, but you did find room for me on Monday at noon.(December 14th.). You told her that I might receive a call from Ontario again. At 2pm on Monday (December 14th) My secretary called your office as the plumber never showed up. You told her that she never booked that appointment and to call an other company. My secretary told your secretary it was an emergency and she replied; We can not do anything, you have to call an other company. Post: **This company is not reliable. We have been calling them for different issues for the last year, they did a overall good job. We spent over $3 000.00 in the last couple months. When I called them for an emergency a couple days ago, they told me to call someone else. I will never reach out to them again! Very rude guest services agent!

This is the most awesome company to deal with. They are beyond helpful over the phone, and their on-site technician - Dan - is fantastic. They are so efficient and accommodating, it makes any issue you have, easy to deal with. They genuinely go the extra mile to get things done, and if you live in Whistler, all of these factors are important. Many thanks for all your help!
