I love the staff especially Sandra Kam. Everyone is professional, friendly and helpful! I was having a lot of trouble with my old glasses. I went to Iris and Sandra helped me find new frames and her knowledge on perfecting my measurement was #1. She had so much patience. I was thrilled when I picked up my new glasses in only a few days after ordering, they fit perfectly and I can finally enjoy reading again! I highly recommend them!

After being very upset about about an interaction the lady called and apologized. I'm so happy that they are professional and big enough to fix the situation.
