The only reason you have one star is your options are abundant. You seemed inconvenienced, uninterested and completely absent. There was no one in the store and two people. I will NEVER be back. (Insert ANY other eyewear company here) review and purchase to follow...

The customer service was terrible. Extremely rude and still waiting on a call for my second pair to arrive. I felt like a burden walking into the store. The two ladies working didn’t help adjust my glasses to fit my face. I had to go to another store in town to adjust them. I would not recommend, I regret choosing international optical. Next time I will go somewhere with better customer service.

Extremely unprofessional in dealing. Had no idea how to use software to find customer details, zero knowledge about warranty and stubborn that whatever she is doing still right. I will never refer anyone to shop there.

Great service and went the extra mile for me. I was just looking for a pair of sunglasses and the lady that helped me was quick and efficient, and took care of my request. Thanks!
