Eagle River Métis Fishing Lodge & RV Park

Went camping for 4 days with my boyfriend and dog. It was beautiful and gorgeous. There was lots of bear activity, along with cougars, and coyotes. My Dog isnt the biggest dog, but she managed to scare the 6 month old bear away, and the coyotes that came to our camp site at night. It was a very exciting 4 days, thats for sure always kept my boyfriend, dog and I on high alert. We will definitely go again next year, and Don was so great (the owner of the land) was super friendly, always keeping us informed and did his nightly check ups and was so kind and cheerfull. So glad he was there! I highly recommend going with your dog, and keep them on a long leesh. Just because of all the wildlife there, you dont want th running off, if you go durring bear and cougar season!

We had a great time staying here at Eagle River Rv and Metis Fishing lodge. We enjoyed walking the trails through the forest by the campground as well as the beach at the offset of the Squamish river, the owner of the campground was very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this campground to any family or fisherman looking to stay in squamish.
