This RV park blew me away. Gorgeous setting, on the beautiful Bow River. Really high-end site, maintained impeccably, and with all the amenities you could want or need for a short or long term stay. I was just about ready to up and move here, it was so lovely!

Though we were a lot later arriving than planned, we were pleasantly surprised with the overall appearance right off the hop. Site was a nice level gravel pad with 4’ high hedges on either side and lots of room for trailer with slide outs on either side. Nice 24” steel pipe fire pits with flip down half grates, easy access picnic table and little grass area was perfect. Our truck fit nicely sideways in front of the 32’ trailer and still left a 10sqft area in the back to sit around the fire. Water and sewer connects were close and in great condition too. The hedges and lawns are well kept with some mature trees scattered throughout as well. Main entrance and lanes are paved and overall grounds are very well kept. The crews stay busy each day raking gravel, cleaning, trimming and mowing empty sites. The community facilities include laundromat, ice and wood for purchase and a very bright and well maintained washrooms with pay showers (2$ for 5 min). With the off leash area directly between the park and the bow river it is a perfect fit for those of us having fur-babies or wanting easy access to nice walking / biking areas. Thanks for having us, we can’t wait to return!

The park was clean and very well kept. I have a feeling there are way more people who park out there all season than there are short stays but regardless we'd stay again. No trees in our site. Small patch of grass and hedges. Convenient hookups. Wood was reasonably priced. Showers cost $2 for 5 minutes which would be a lot more tolerable to pay if the first two minutes weren't cold. Which they were. Everyday we used them (four days). Otherwise bathrooms were clean and in fantastic shape. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our time here. Close to things you need, but peaceful in the evenings. Loved the leash free walking along the river. Hope to be back here again!

A must campground to visit if you're near Cochrane. Very clean, well manicured, excellent friendly staff. Adjacent to the Bow River and a great open off leash dog walk immediately adjacent to the RV Park and river's edge. Reasonable rates. Need go book well in advance but definitely a place we'll be returning to. Cochrane is also a great community to visit and support.
