Amazing customer service - Tarja is super friendly and so easy to deal with! Check-in was fast and smooth, and everything was exactly as promised over the phone. Very pleased, highly recommend!

We rented a unit over the phone and was completely misdirected and misinformed about the services we were renting with the useless individual from out of province and when we finally figured out what was happening and where to go, we were helped by the loveliest client service named Tarja who went out of her way to fix the errors and above and beyond to help us with our rental. She deserves a raise and water bottle machine dispenser. When your all the way out of town and unloading with no access to water, it would be helpful to at least offer the courtesy to at least purchase a bottle of water, without having to drive 10 minutes back to town to get one.

If you need a place to store your items - look no further! I am extremely pleased with the staff - Ryan & Tarja, cleanliness, easy accessibility, quick communication and friendliness of the people who work there! I had my entire house worth of items stored here for 1 year with 0 issues. The sign in / sign out process is very easy and quick! The inside of the store has all the packing materials you may need. Your own personalized gate code gives an extra sense of security. Thanks again, Storage Mart!

Tarja was so up beat and She has such positive energy and She was very happy to accommodate my needs. She was also very informative about Her job and I felt like my belongings are in a safe place and the unit is spotless! I can't say enough about this location of Storage Mart in Airdrie Alberta. She deserves a 5 Star meal by the Company for being so dedicated to Her job!! Thanks Tarja!!*****

Appreciated Tarja’s professionalism, advising us on the unit size that would fit our needs, explaining the way to get the best price and always greeting us with a smile. It is worth that short drive to the outskirts of the city. (Airdrie Township Road location)
