I found the staff at this location to be excellent. While we only rented for a couple of months we were pleased with their service. While the location was a bit out of the way, the access was good. It did snow in October, went out the next day, they had the roads cleared making for easy access to my unit. I would recommend this location.

I was trying to find a place to store our belongings that had a person living on the premises, which they do, but I was also delighted to discover that they were about $100.00 cheaper per month than a neighbouring community. The person that I talked to on the phone to reserve was fantastic, I can’t remember her name, as it has been a very busy time with selling and moving, and the ladies that work at the desk are very kind helpful, and go the extra mile. One thing that I really like, is that they have it set up in such away that they know who is coming and going through the gate. Another thing that I liked is that they have pavement rather then gravel, so the dust doesn’t blow in, and the gravel doesn’t get tracked in. My overall experience was fantastic!!

Great customer service, very clean and competitive pricing with top notch security all around at the Okotoks location. Would rate 5 stars however I found the mandatory insurance offered to be on the more expensive side but I believe this is a corporate aspect, not individual location specific. There are better deals out there for storage insurance so shop around.

So far so good. Really good security in place, all of the structures are very secure and well built. They even offer you insurance on your unit just incase the unthinkable happens. Only glitch to date is google maps doesn't have the proper location. I know the area so it wasn't to bad. Anyone new in town or from the city might have some problems finding it.

Was supposed to be a one month rental but ended up being 2years. Unit was clean, safe and staff were great to deal with. Thanks for keeping all our belongings safe!
