Outstanding customer service from the Okotoks, AB location. Annette was so kind, friendly and such a great help. She took the time to walk through our unit and made sure that everything was all in place. Her communication was clear and such a quick response time. The location was clean and easy to find. Their pricing was way better than anything that I found in Calgary. I highly recommend this location and the staff!!!

I was in buying moving supplies and char and Annette were amazing! helped me carry everything to my car and were knowledgeable and friendly! Will definitely be going back! 100% would recommend.

I had an excellent experience at StorageMart. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Units were clean and spacious. If I find myself again in need of a storage unit in the future, I shall definitely return to StorageMart.

Really nice people to deal with. Very helpful. Storage facility easy to access all year. Reasonable rates. If we ever need storage again we would definitely use them and can highly recommend.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about StorageMart. Annette and Charlene have gone above and beyond for me. They made sure everything was in order, the paperwork went so smoothly and quickly and any questions or concerns my calls were returned promptly. They are very personable and made my experience a wonderful one. Moving is always stressful, but this part of storing your contents was the easiest part. I HIGHLY recommend this location. Thank you ladies for all you do! 😊
