Not a good experience. First issue: their hours. We work and on the weekends they're supposed to be open until 5. However, any time we went there, even during regular business hours, we were always rushed out. I couldn't believe it when it was 2pm on a Saturday and the owner came over pointing to his watch telling us he was in a hurry to close up for the day. Before you're allowed in, you have to sit at the gate, call the owner (because the guy who runs the gate doesn't have a phone apparently) and put the owner on speaker to say you're allowed to go in. Second: they start texting about rent payment before the rent is even due. We signed a contract, we know it's due on the 1st, you don't need to start asking for money almost every day a week before. Third: they put a lock on our unit because they thought we were short 5 whole dollars. We weren't, but holy.. What a gong show. We still needed storage but decided to move our belongings out after a few months.

Great Storage space for securing your valuables and personal belongings. Prices are fairly reasonable and the staff is cooperative. Highly recommend for storage in Calgary, Airdrie and neighboring towns.

Very kind and adorable staff. The thing that i liked most while my tenure over here is about there helpline number. They were always there no matter at what i called them and always had a solution to my problem.

All i can say is wow. Yard is in very good shape. Facility is kept safe and clean at all the times. It is best and most affordable storage in Airdire.

My own experience with Airdrie East Side Storage has been nothing short of excellent. After reading all these reviews, and despite them, I have been using this storage facility for a while now and I have nothing but praise for Manav's work ethic. People are still stuck in an out-dated concept of "the customer is always right". Sorry, it is not so. Being from the world of customer service and as a professional business consultant myself, I KNOW that this is as out-dated as our canine teeth. Manav simply speaks his mind about things and you can rest assured that there are no surprises with him. This is what I call brutal honesty and that is what we need more of in this world. He and his team have gone out of their way for me in the past. Half of these people who take their time to write scathing reviews about the service they receive, have a sense of entitlement that perhaps borders on the ridiculous. They themselves would not extend that courtesy to their own clients unless their hands were forced (which usually are, in the Canadian way of doing business). If I were running this business, I would maintain the same no-nonsense attitude as well. So in a nutshell, I am very happy with the service we get at Airdrie East Side Storage, without exceptions.
