Beltone Hearing Centre

I can attest that this hearing clinic is the best of the best (haven't been to other ones except the Public Health clinic, of course. But other places I interacted with via email/phone just weren't the same like Beltone!). I had a hearing assessment with Ted and he was kind and professional! I was quite nervous as I hadn't had one in years, but Ted made sure I was comfortable with everything! I'll definitely be coming back here in the future 😁

The service is good, and the owner is very good at explaining everything. And the staff is very friendly.

The staff here in Langley are so knowledgeable and helpful! It is such a joy to hear conversations again! I absolutely recommend going to see them!

Made an appointment today for 4pm, showed up on time, only to find out they entered it on their schedule for 3pm. Not my mistake & their only solution is to reschedule for another day. They don't understand or maybe care (her attitude showed the latter) that most people have to work & can't just take time off whenever they want. Needless to say, I won't be back. Good thing they're not the only place in the lower mainland that offers this service.

I am an out of town daughter and was concerned about my elderly father making an appointment on his own. Every time I talked with my folks, they only had WONDERFUL things to say about both Scott and Doug. From the 1st appointment with Scott to many appointments after to assist my dad in finally figuring out how to put the hearing aids in himself. Thank you so much for all your kindness, patience and understanding. It is wonderful to talk to Dad and he can finally hear!!
