I went there to sharpen my straight razor and I received way more than I could expected. From the welcoming, professional and easy relation with the guy at the counter to the quality of the service and all what I received for free, I was spoiled! SO much that I was willing to tip the guy and he told me to keep my money! The shop is great, the section for knife sounds huge but what I love the most is their corner for Men shaving. A must go shop to find a real and useful present for any men. Will go again, for sure!

Have not been to the store but shopped online and the company has made the personal touches that make this a very pleasant experience. Received an email thanking me for shopping with them and a hand written note again thanking me and with a quick explanation of the product. Shipping options are a little limited but can't really complain. If I am in the neighborhood I would definitely stop into the shop and see their selection.
