My coat arrived a bit late because of a customs delay but it was definitely worth the wait! My Lexi coat is just gorgeous 😍 Fits so well and appears to be very well made. The customer service was fantastic and they kept me well updated on why there was a delay and answered all my texts quickly. Ill definitely be ordering another style soon :)

Great jackets and great customer service! If you are looking for a beautiful, fashionable and fully waterproof jacket, this is the place to go. They have really cool selection of designs and colours very much needed on Vancouver rain jacket scene. I am very happy how my jacket fits - it has room for layers underneath, while it’s not heavy and bulky. Jacket itself is pretty warm too. Perfect for Vancouver weather and it looks awesome!

Ordered a coat on October 15, up till now have never recieved it. I can't get a hold of any by phone. Their business structure forces you to communicate by text. I actually got an email from them asking if I recieved the coat. It hasn't shipped yet and i am not sure why they would ask if I have received it. Lots of excuses of why they haven't shipped it yet. Would not recommend this company. Check their bbb rating.
