When my husband and I arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted warmly by a representative of their company. The store was clean, well put together and a large portion of products on display to make our lives easier. I specifically dealt with Sydney who was extremely knowledgeable in most aspects of the store. She helped me decide on the bigger items that we came to the store for. She made our dealings quite straight forward and always was able to help us despite our many, many questions. Every associate along the way has treated us with excellent customer service and noticeable knowledge in all the products in the store. Thank you for such an amazing experience during such a change-filled time.

Loved my experience here! The staff are always friendly and welcoming even during busy times. I feel like I'm a valued customer each time and the staff ensures all my questions are always answered. Definitely will be returning for all other baby supplies.

Everyone should know how deeply lazy the staff is here. We ordered a crib and dresser 14 weeks ago. Called today to check on the status of the delivery as we were told it should be in by 14 weeks. They said it’s “en route”. I asked for a tracking number or when it left the warehouse. They said they don’t get that kind of information. So, I called the manufacturer myself. In two minutes they looked up my order by my name and told me when it left their warehouse and when it should arrive in Vancouver. So not only did the staff at WCK say they couldn’t get that kind of information, but they lied to me to dismiss me. Funny how a company touts a business woman who founded the store for quality baby products she couldn’t find when she had a little one, but doesn’t monitor the efficiency of their staff’s quality of service to new parents who have enough stress as is, much less waiting on items after their baby was already born.

My husband & I went to West Coast Kids because we needed help deciding what type of stroller & car seat are best for us. Pauline was amazing in helping us determine what we need based on our lifestyle & needs. She even kept suggesting ways we could make things easier or cheaper depending on the items we choose. Im extremely happy about this experience and will be back for more baby items & guidance I might need.

I didn’t end up purchasing anything today, but I wanted to review my customer service experience at West Coast Kids: so good! I went in to inquire about a window display and the sales associate was so above and beyond to get me information that she called a supplier line for me. Gave me several tips to find the displays pieces that they don’t sell in store. This was so incredibly kind and I never anticipated her to do that! Above and beyond.It doesn’t sound like much, but I really appreciated it. It would’ve been so easy for her to say “I’m not sure- sorry!” Because of this interaction, West Coast Kids will be the first place I stop by for any upcoming baby shower gifts and I will definitely recommend!
