Best consignment store ever!! Could use better customer service. Came all the way from Victoria to look for an outfit for my partners sisters wedding. At first the employee only let me in, and so I found some potential items to wear but I needed his opinion. I then asked again if my partner could come in to help me decide. She hesitated and said he would have to leave when another customer came. Me purchasing something depended on him confirming it was suitable, plus he would be the one making the purchase. I can understand the COVID protocols, but even being kinder in interaction would have been better! I decide to just go to aritzia instead.

I found the Main Exchange through a friend who bought a dress from them in 2019 and immediately loved their variety of items they had to offer. Most of the stuff are in excellent to new condition (with tags). Getting Lululemon, Aritzia and other brand items for fraction of the price makes shopping so much fun! The ladies who work at the Main Exchange are also so wonderful, helpful and lovely. I've had awesome interactions with them and they make buying so much fun! I would shop here again!

This consignment store is what you are looking for! Both online and in-store options are consistently well curated to meet a variety of budgets and sizes. Online store describes clothing well and uses ‘real-life’ humans to model fit. And the cherry on top.... buying second-hand reduces consumption 💚

My favourite consignment store in Vancouver. Everything is thoughtfully curated - the brands are great, and the items are things you actually want to buy and wear now. I have scored brand new Alexander Wang sandals and some of my favourite pieces from the Main Exchange. Miranda and team have always made it a lovely shopping experience. Highly recommend!

My favourite consignment shop in Vancouver by far :) I love the size of the store and how you're not overwhelmed by racks on racks of clothing. It's kept small and curated so you're guaranteed to only find the best of the best!
