My husband and I live in Gastown and we’ve shopped at the Gastown location the past few years, just last winter we started coming to Main and the only reason we drive out to Main Street is because of the exceptional service we get from Jessica! She is so warm and welcoming and we feel like family every time we go to the store. She provides a very genuine and down to earth experience, I’ve been to locations around the world and stepping in can definitely feel intimidating but she brings a warmth that cannot be taught. We went into the location yesterday and as soon as I saw her we catched up like old friends, yes I love the product but it is important people like this get recognized and I truly hope Aesop keeps her around because she is exceptional.

I went in a couple of months ago. I wasn’t sure which product to buy because there are so many great choices and the girl there was so helpful and gave me some samples to try. Definitely will keep purchasing from you guys.
