Unfriendly and unorganized owner. Gave away my clothes for donation by accident. Got them back eventually, but customer-centric approach is totally missing. Sad because this could be a great consignment store for vintage finds.

I love the selection of pieces at this place. However, I wish the owner would be more careful with the condition of the pieces before putting it out to sell. I found a used razor still in one of the coat pockets. Often there are tissues in the pockets. There was a tweed skirt with holes all over the front and it was never discounted. It took a few weeks before it was mended. I know that the condition can be variable with second hand pieces but it just seems like some things are just obvious.

Fantastic selection! Extremely stylish owner, so I love going in for her help, she knows exactly how to dress and assist all her customers. You are guaranteed to get unique, High quality pieces at a really good deal. The best consignment I’ve seen in East Van 👌🏻
