Boyfriend went in to get a tooth assessed. Last minute they decided they were going to pull it. They had to put in freezing three times just to numb his mouth enough to get anything done. While I was waiting for him almost every single person leaving said the same thing about how they didn’t freeze properly. Well he got his tooth pulled around 3:00, it’s now 8:04 and he’s gone through over 20 gauze to try and stop the bleeding. We were told to call after going through 7. So we’ve been calling since 6:30 to both of the numbers provided and no one is picking up! What’s the point of having their emergency number if they won’t answer their phones? Really disappointed and we will be finding a new dentist.

Had my fillings 5 months ago. Bruh it’s still sensitive. I can’t even drink cold water or anything without using straw and I haven’t drank any coffee or hot drinks for 5 months now. I also had to make my food warmer so it won’t hurt my teeth. I did use sensodyne but it’s still not working and the teeth that has fillings on it has been hurting a lot (I can’t chew, can’t sleep properly coz of the pain, and can’t talk that much cos it’s hitting where it hurts) and i want it pulled out but they’re probably gonna charge me for that again. I paid more than $600 so they can fix my teeth but they’re not fixing it, they’re ruining it instead.
