Was great, everyone followed mask procedure and the staff was helpful and in good moods which I great when you have to go to the children's hospital. They made my daughter's anxiety pretty much non existent
Excellent flight! But could use signs in the airport showing where to pick up/meet bus shuttles.
Always a nice quick trip through YXT. The employees are lovely and are there to help!
My interaction touch points were all good.
The staff at the Air Canada booth were very professional. The clerk helping me introduced herself and let me know she was currently undergoing training. Air Canada is known for its exemplary service and I must say this one was an A+ service.
Going through security... There was no wait for me. There were four members and they were all very pleasant with me. I wasn't judged when I quickly ran to grab a bag to put in my gels (my previous one ripped). They were all very friendly and firm with 'remember to not stack your tech'.
I went to the cafe to purchase a sandwich and the clerk was quite nice. I wasn't a fan of the hand writing on my container, but the sandwich was good and I liked being asked if I wanted mustard to go with my sandwich. Overall, it was a great experience.
Waiting to go to work.. staff are nice here. Place is clean. Everyone wearing mask due to covid.
