KFC

Good owners. They made a mistake, a big mistake on my order. I got home and discovered it, drove back, and they promptly fixed it. Also, way too much staff on shift so good for him keeping people working when he's not earning enough to do so. So go drop by!

Do yourself a huge favour and just do not go here. You will be dissatisfied. Disgusting. Two shreds of lettuce and five tablespoons of mayo in the Big Crunch. Old buns and hard chicken. Who ever works there is going no where in life. Enjoy failing at everything.

I drove from the other side of town to go here. I asked for all white 10 pc. They told me they could give me mostly white. When I got home there were 7 dark pics they forgot my Pepsi and the chicken was burnt! When I tried to call they just don't answer their phone. I will never go here again.

I placed an order on-line at 2:30 p.m. requesting delivery at 5:30 p.m. I tried to use my credit card and when I submitted it for process I assumed it went though. I then received an e-mail confirming my order and at the bottom it said that I had to pay cash. I went into my credit card to check and see if it had be authorized or processed and it did not show up which tells me that they are having a problems with credit card processing at their end. No problem, I had cash. I called at 5:40 p.m. as I was still waiting outside and no one had come. KFC said it had left the store. The delivery guy rolled up at 5:58 p.m. and I told him I was angry that there was no excuse for it to be so late and his excuse was that I was paying cash. Excuse me but what does that have to do with your bad planning. This food was for a birthday party and that is why I specifically requested a time. The food was COLD AND the salad containers were not even full. You bet I submitted the survey and the auto reply says “have a free popcorn chicken on us” PRESS THE BUTTON TO ACCEPT OUR APOLOGY. Not bloody likely. I spent $50 and I get a popcorn chicken. More than disappointed and insulted. The chicken was dark and not golden brown and tasted bland. It did not have the proper breading that is famous for Kentucky fried chicken. I could have picked up a couple of Save-On rotisserie chickens because it would have tasted better. So disappointed and never going back. TOTAL BIRTHDAY BUST. The kicker - one of my guests was once a KFC assistant Manager and she was embarrassed and disgusted with the product.

Love KFC, if you want chicken 🐔 this is the place to go, their chicken spices are the best, love the new chicken burger 😁
