The front desk staff have always been upbeat, friendly and understanding. My son is 4.5 years old and went in last week to have a procedure. Berlin was our nurse and she was very friendly and put him (and me!) at ease. Dr. McManus explained what was going to happen and spoke to my son using age-appropriate language and was patient with him.
I recommend Toddlers to Teens and Dr. McManus.
We are so happy with this clinic. Dr. McManus was wonderful and so patient with our very scared son. We will definitely return to this clinic.
They will tell you over the phone that it won’t cost you anything or cost little to nothing than after your appointment they will tell you that you owe them and won’t care if they leave you stranded in the city with no way of getting home when you live out of town and because of the restrictions due to COVID-19 we can stay at anyone’s house, I would definitely give negative stars if possible and avoid them at all costs
The office experience, reception, the dental hygienist, the dentist all were exceptional. My 6 yr old daughter who is normally scared of everything was completely at ease in the setting and with the staff. She actually thought going to the dentist was tons of fun. Many great activities in this office to put the kids at ease. I highly recommend Toddlers to Teens Dental.
My kids (3,4,6) love this place and the super sweet dental hygienists that work so well with all age kids. Dr McManus is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We’re currently starting the sleep centre program due to thumb sucking and feel really good about the recommendations and info about everything.
