Sackville Cab

I called to prebook a pick up time for my 14 year old son after a school function. The cab was supposed to pick him up at 8:30 pm to bribg him home. I was told not to worry, he will be picked up. When he didnt show up at 9pm i called the cab company and was told in a very nonchalant way that they forgot. He offered to go try to find him but in the meantime my son arrived home after getting a ride from his friend. My son said he waited for over 20 mins but the cab never showed up so he had to ask someone to drive him. He was lucky enough someone was available to drive him. I dont know how can one forget about picking a minor on a dark cold night in a small town like Sackville.

The cab never came. Waited a good 40 minutes when they said it would be 10 😡😡
