Nice place.. Good drop off place for packages that can't be delivered to home

I am extremely disappointed with their service and professionalism! UPS came to my house to deliver my new phone. I have a camera at the front door and was able to see that the man dropping my package off made no effort to get it to me. He didn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell. He just placed the sticker on the door indicating to pick it up elsewhere. There were lights on in the house and vehicles in the driveway (clearly someone was home). When I went to get it, I was unable to pick up my package because my phone account is under my fiance's name, who is out of town working. Because this UPS employee did not take any consideration for the customer they were supposed to be serving, I had to go two weeks without a phone until my fiance could pick it up. The delivery man disregarded the importance of the package he was supposed to deliver.

Huge thanks to these guys! I was in a bind a few days ago, and needed to get 50 copies printed of 5 different flyers. I called ahead to see if they were able to do the printing, and how long it would take. The gentleman told me 30 min, and I could be on my way, he was wrong! I was in and out with all my prints done in less than 15 minutes! As well I checked the cost for getting the prints done, and he was CHEAPER than staples! Great work guys, keep it up! Cheers
