I love this Airport and the staff,always happy & helpful.I use it at least 6 times a year. Calgary/Kitchener fabulous flight.Also Puerto Vallarta.
Love how easy it is to navigate around here. Ample and FREE parking for the first 90 minutes. I'd highly recommend using this airport if its an option for you. Way nicer than having to go to Toronto.
Small, efficient and friendly - Travelling from and to this airport was a wonderful experience.
As I live in Kitchener, obviously this airport is incredibly convenient for me. So much easier than Pearson. Some flights cost a bit more out of this airport, but it is totally worth it. The smaller size makes customs, check-in and luggage pick-up so much better. Staff - Sunwing, airport, cafeteria and customs - were all very friendly and helpful both leaving and returning.
The downside is that destinations are a lot more limited than Pearson of course, which is why I didn't give it five stars.
Nice little airport. A pleasure to use.
