Linda the driver got us to the airport on time after a struggle finding us in our gated community, I had provided a map for her. Was concerned about all those one stars as I have never used these people before , I will use them again. MINUS 2 STARS as the the owners had NOT changed their address after 2 year to their present address
My husbands car is in the automotive shop as the clutch is blown. He’s never had to rely on a taxi service to get him to and from work.
THIS TAXI SERVICE could CARE LESS about your job,where you have to go, and when.
He called at 6:02am and asked for a taxi for 6:15 the female dispatcher says it will be more towards 6:20. Ok that’s fine as his works only a 5-7 minute drive. 6:25am still no taxi...waits a few minutes...calls again. THEY had the audacity to not answer his phone call in turn making me pick up my phone and call..REAL PROFESSIONAL ladies. She answered my phone call and says “yes I know” to me saying my husband is now late for work, no apology, no explanation. After the call he waited another 15-20 minutes until 6:50 for this god damn taxi to show up. Now he’s waited an hour for services and is a half an hour late for work, and who’s making that up, him.
DO NOT RELY OR DEPEND ON THIS TAXI SERVICE AS IT WILL 1. NOT SHOW UP ON TIME 2. GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND and 3. IGNORE YOUR CALLS!!!!
Clean it up.
I have used this transportation service to both Pearson and Buffalo airport and they have also provided excellent service on time every time - we have used them for years once or twice each year - want to get to the air port on time use these people - I have found their pricing to be competitive.
Called for a cab from Paris to Waterford. Dispatcher said ok no problem. 50 minutes later called back and it's on its way. Same thing bad companies say all the time. Cancelled ride got Brant Taxi to come right away. One star is to much
