Love this beautiful trail, you could spend a full 8hrs or more on all the trails. There are so many and it is well maintained. Plenty of look out points and beautiful things to see. Bring your walking shoes a camera and something to feed the ducks. So happy this place is just a small drive away in the city. Can not wait to go back and try more trails and see the new bridge when it is done.

What a beautiful place to go for. Peaceful place and weather. I love it. God is wonderful and merciful that this place is created by him only. A person with broken heart shall visit this place because it can cure depression.

I adore this park! It has wide trails for easy walks, narrower trails for a gentle walk/hike in the woods, and even some wilder trails that are hard to pick out by eye (they're marked, though). I love that it has a variety of trail types - my partner has mobility issues, but the availability of different levels of trail means that we don't have to miss out on enjoying nature on days when their pain severely affects their ability to walk. There are also frequent garbage bins available, unlike many parks where they are only at the entrance - and they have secure lids, so it's not a risk to the wildlife. Also unlike other parks I've been to in my life, the bins are regularly maintained - I've never seen one overflowing. A beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors and get in touch with nature as well as some history, without having to commit to a long hike or a camping trip.

It's got a few too many man made things to distract but the side trails a fun. Dog friendly as long as you have a leash and enough trails to get more than enough exercise. Bonus in the fall as it get really colourful.

Beautiful setting to enjoy a stroll through the forest. Friendly people respecting social distancing. You must be tethered to your pet. They know the way back. Kidding aside the trails are well-marked. ENJOY.
