Love the Doctor, but.......Whoever was taking calls and appointments for the Doctor today at reception was very rude on the phone. Said I had missed my appointment when I was waiting for a call back from her to re-book. She was very short, and asked what time works for me when I said morning she said nothing available and didn't use basic human manners throughout the call.
