Red Swan Pizza

We had an issue with our first order tonight at Red Swan Pizza. The issue was dealt with professionally and expeditiously. Couldn't have been happier with our experience. The pizza was delicious and the unique options will keep us coming back for more. The crust with sesame is great and we really enjoy thin crust options; but found even their regular crust was crisp, and didn't detract from the flavours from the toppings.

I love their pizza. Definitely one of the best in the city. Ordered here lots if times and the pizza has always been fantastic. The sesame seeds on the crust are a nice touch.

We ordered delivery. Everything arrived correctly. Best gluten free pizza I've had. The crust has good chew, soft and even crispy. It was not grainy. Would love to give full stars just based on GF pizza. We also ordered 2 regular pizzas. They taste good. Need more cheese and toppings. Sesame seeds are an amazing addition, add crunch and toasted flavor. The price is too much. Way too expensive for what is received. Hawaiian pizza has no meat included, which seems odd.

Definitely my favourite vegan pizza!! The sesame crust is the added touch that makes it exceptional. I'm just happy I found a place that has vegan friendly and Bangin crust!👌👌

The pizza from this Guelph location was great, but they missed one ingredient. Wanted to try that place for a while. While there waiting for a take out, I saw some bad reviews, mostly about raw dough and missing ingredients. I was worried. However, my pizza was cooked to perfection and tasted great. But it INDEED MISSED ONE INGREDIENT: MUSHROOMS. See the picture. I ordered pizza #20 - Alfredo Chicken bacon. It has "Sesame Seeds, Alfredo Chicken, Bacon, Spinach, Mushroom, Green Pepper, Red Onion, Tomatoes, Alfredo Sauce & Mozzarella Cheese." This one missed the mushroom. The kitchen seemed slightly dirtier than what I would like. It was hidden behind a fabric curtain. I would prefer seeing the kitchen, and from what I saw, would prefer it cleaner. Checking the "checkbeforeyouchoose.ca", I saw that the public health inspectors insist that you keep the kitchen sink accessible and exclusive to the kitchen, not for other purposes, and that washrooms should be better cleaned. These offenses have been repeated. Easy to fix, so just do it. I just wanted to give you a heads up to show that WE DO check the bad reviews (I skip the good ones as they can be made up) and the public health inspections results of restaurants. Although the pizza is good, and I wish I could rate the place 3.5 stars, you could do better. The raw dough issue is resolved, but not the ingredients. The menu display could also look better, it was faded, boring, with paper glued over old items as an update, but I am not weighing that on to the rating. I rate service, cleanliness and the food. Service and product were good, but cleanliness weights a lot. Remove that curtain, we wanna see the kitchen, and if the curtain wasn't there, you would have seen me sooner and I wouldn't need to ring the bell for service. Win-win. I will update the review next time, hopefully after the next health inspection.
