Our reservation was canceled just before our arrival without notice. The owner demanded a cash payment which had never been mentioned before ... when I insisted on an interac transfer he demanded that they be made before our arrival (!) Whereas a deposit of $ 300 had already been done .... Funny way of doing ...

Great time in this chalet! A big thank you to the Arseneault team who were very accommodating and kind to us. We had a truly relaxing stay in this beautiful nature! To do again :)
