Concerning Jean Coutu Brigitte Marchand....They used to be very reliable and professional, but now they're lost and disorganized. They tell you one thing and they do another. I don't trust them. They always make mistakes. Je ne leur fais pas confiance. Ils font toujours des erreurs. I will be more specific. I placed an order online for 2 simple pre-packaged prescription refills. They were not products that needed to be mixed or prepared or modified in any way. The order was placed and received mid-afternoon and I asked for it to be ready for pickup by me at 5:30pm as per the website's dropdown list. This would give them a few hours to prepare the order. I arrived at the pharmacy around 6:15pm figuring that the order would be ready for sure. It was not ready. In fact they hadn't even started peparing it. So at this point, they started to prepare it. I therefore had to wait another 30 minutes for products that were pre-packaged AND pre-ordered. On a side note, while I was waiting, another lady was also upset and lost her cool because she had to wait a super long time. Once my order was ready, the clerk informed me that the second product was out of stock. They had my phone numbers and they had hours to inform me of this, but they did not. So I wasted 30 minutes waiting for only 1 of my 2 products. At this point they asked me to pay for the 2 products even though one of them was missing. The clerk told me that they would call me when they received the second product. I was annoyed with them of course. I never lost my cool though. I was told that it could take a few days up to a week. What! I could have saved my time and gone somewhere else and not have wasted so much time! Anyways, I told them to cancel the second product, as I would go buy it elsewhere. That seemed too complicated for them. A second senior clerk (may have been a pharmacist) came back and told me that it would be ready the next day. I figured I could wait since I wasted enough time with this anyway. So I didn't cancel the order AND I asked them to deliver it. The next day, no phone call and no delivery. I called them and they told me they didn't receive it yet. They were also condescending about the fact that I called and it's supposed to be up to them to call me. Remember how much time I had already wasted? and the fact that I could have gone somewhere else? So I called again, now two days later. Different people kept picking up the line while I was waiting. I had to explain myself every time to every new person who picked up. Can you say lost and disorganized? So, finally the clerk confirmed that they had received the order. Were they gonna call me if I hadn't called? Probably not.....so disorganized. By the way, I had to ask again for delivery. That would be the 3rd time now. Finally the clerk confirmed that the delivery would be leaving at 16h (4pm). Two hours later I had not yet received anything. Of course, at this point I was not surprised. I called again and the lady on the line told me that there are no deliveries that go out at 4pm AND the other clerk was mistaken...something about making some time changes...yada...yada....She told me my order did not go out yet. WHAT! Were they serious?! People...this is a pharmacy that handles your prescription drugs and they can't even accomplish simple tasks?! Oh boy......In the end my prescription went out at 7pm and I finally received it within an hour. YAY!!!! So now I go to the other Jean Coutu in my area. One more thing....the price of the product almost doubled for no apparent reason.

Very bad service , they always forget my prescription!! Even When I ordered over the phone I have to wait always to get my medicine!! And today I called at 12:30 pm I got there at 19:45 to get my medicine it’s not ready ! Then they said ohhh your order was placed On 11 January and we can’t keep it more than 4 days !! I don’t recommend this paharmacy at all !!

They always seem to have what I need, however the service speed is a bit slow. I've waited up to 30 minutes for a prescription.
