Asked prior to delivery i they could make sure i get « FRESH » fries. They gave me half cooked frozen fries. When i tried to exchange them, they refused and person was rude. Pizza was ok, but cold and not the usual quality we get at domino’s. I will probably start ordering from Papa John’s that opened on the other side of the street.

After ordering my Extravaganza which I always love, & returning home , i was disappointed to find the ingredients almost cut in half, 1/3 of the sauce ..dry! ..definitely not as expected 😒 ...perhaps cutting expenses due to the covid 19 Pandemic!... if so.. it's not a good idea:(( to go back again .

The pizza here is great, the staff if very kind and helpful and whenever I called in to change toppings on a pizza or add things that I forgot to, they were always kind enough to fix the order for me. There is a comment from someone talking badly about the service of one particular employee, and posting his picture on a public platform without his consent... I don’t feel like that is necessary or right on his part. If he didn’t like the service he could say so without slandering or outing one particular person and posting their picture online.

I like their pizza, they have excellent service that's why i order from here at least once a week.. but yesterday I received a very outrageous service from a supervisor there, i ordered the same order I have been used to order 4 months now I guess, but i forgot to put mushrooms on top of my 2 pizzas, i called 20 seconds after I placed the order online, the supervisor told me the order is already in the oven and didn't wanna do anything about it, so i had to cancel it and make a second order, after I called him to confirm the order and i asked him if he couldn't do that before ? He told me: "next time choose your order right" .. i had to go there to figure out what's the deal with this superhero, apparently he's the one who's been paying for my pizzas all along and I didn't know it .. i insisted that he calls his manager, he didn't want to, he called the cops instead and asked them to kick me out xD I don't think I'm gonna order from there anymore. Edit: thanks to what happened i ordered from METRO PIZZA, and lemme tell you it's THE BEST PIZZA EVER!!!
