Usually very good service and stuff you can’t find everywhere either...great sales too!
After having purchased my necessary items for my upcoming vacation, I arrive home to find an item missing from my bag. I called the store to advise them and they accused me of forgetting it rather than blaming the cashier who obviously scanned it, but didn’t put it in the bag! I’m not impressed at all... mistakes happen, however, even the checkout process was complicated as well as the cashier was relatively new, but working on her own. She didn’t know how to apply a simple coupon to an article. Customer service needs to be worked on at this pharmaprix location.

The youngest lady at the pharmacy counter is exceptionally professional and has a relationship with customers of a rank worthy of big hotels, yes big hotels, why? For good communication with different ethnicities.
