The worst pharmaceutical service ever encountered. My husband has an open wound from boiled water burn - we went there asking for "Second skin" bandages. All the young ladies working at the drug store were too busy joking and laughing .. When we finally asked for help, she just said to go and search in a certain area - (We asked to help since it's severe, recommend something better) > and she literally put the easel "to call when needed recommendations" right in our face while i was asking for help. She didn't advice us at least to take an antibiotic cream, or get out the counter and help find something like it happens in normal world! We went to different drug store "not Jean Coutu" >> and we got an amazing service and help. I was hurt to tears of this indifference!

I adore this pharmacy and it's employees. Even if I have moved and there is another one closer I still go there since the service is so great, I just love it 😁

After Audrey (older lady there) confirmed over the phone that the medication is ready for pick up in an hour, I arrived and had to wait for a long time for her to serve me because she let another customer go before me when I was in there first on the counter waiting for her to serve me rightfully (check your cameras) And when she had the time to finally serve me, she advised that the medication is on back order and not available and never offered to assist in finding the important medication at another Jean Coutu but rather she only cared to add up some 20 or so paper bills (accounting, check your camera) I am disappointed in her service from A to Z as she could have called me before I had to travel a long time to get to her pharmacy because I trusted in her false information and this is a total bad service without an apology for making wait at 2 pharmacies in one night when it could have been clearly avoided.
