John is prompt and honest in his assessment. He give multiple options for solution for large issues and includes cost and life estimate on his plumbing repairs needed on my properties. Sylvie, his wife who handles the billing is also a pleasure to deal with. The tenants also appreciate his professionalism and demeanor.
