Andrew Rogers deserves a raise! A+ service, 10/10 will return

Had been buying the same heat pump filters here for a few years. Went by to get more a few weeks ago, none in stock so they told me they'd look to order and call me back. 2 weeks later no updates, I call back, again, takes my name and info and again, I never hear back. Reached out to national office to see whether I can just put an order through them directly to obtain the filters, and they simply put me back in contact with someone at this location. I actually did receive follow up email and price, which was over double the price of what I had paid previous years (Had been paying $12 a piece, now over $24). I asked for reasoning behind price increase (which to me seems like a simple question), and the rep in question responded back indicating it was "special order" (highlighting "special order" in yellow) with no other details. I asked for price on another size where I could simply cut the filter myself assuming it's a size they stock, never heard back! So apparently cost doubles with special orders and they don't like you asking questions. Remarkable customer service!

Tried to contact staff for assistance and was given the run around. Don't know who is more ignorant the counter, wharehouse, inside sales, branch manager or branch owner cause the most help I was able to get was phone tag. Great place for all heating and cooling equipment and supplies at a reasonable price.

Hire on some people for the counters and update your computer system .terrible every time were in there.
