Always order my prescriptions in advance (at the very least 5 hours because that is usually the wait time they give me) and each time i come they make me wait for the pharmacist to review my order. I call in advance so i don't have to wait, every other jean coutu Ive visited is much faster and customer friendly. Absolutely aggravating.

After being a long-time fan and loyal customer of Jean Coutu, I can no longer go there for my prescriptions or anything else for that matter. Really rude man working the pharmacy this evening. The service has become too slow no matter when you go, even if you call ahead for your prescriptions. I've already had to call the manager about the head cosmetologist and the bad experience my daughter and I had with her. I'll make an effort to go elsewhere. It's too bad. They used to be the best.
