My wife undergoes a major operation during the day ... a necessary pain-relieving prescription is given to her to pick up at our local pharmacy when we get home .... She tells me to stop by the way because she does not know Don't imagine that she's going to wait in the car for more than 20 minutes while I pick it up for her. It is around 6:15 p.m. to 30 p.m. I am alone in the pharmacy all this time apart from a client. You are at least 5 in your lab .... My question is; WHY A REGULAR CUSTOMER, WHO ALREADY HAS A FILE WITH YOU, MUST WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES FOR A BOTTLE OF 30 PILLS WHEN HE IS THE ONLY CUSTOMER PRESENT IN THE PHARMACY ??????????????? You don't have this kind of system ?; "Oh, the customer is there and he's waiting, we're going to do our best not to make him hang around!" That being said, the rest is fine!

Since the merger of the two pharmacies, the exceptional service I had at Pierre Leclerc's small Familiprix has disappeared. Now it's a long time to wait, even if I call 24 hours in advance it is the third time that my prescriptions are not ready and / or that they try to charge me with the fees that I have not never paid before.

I am disappointed to see a 14% increase in my prescription since last May with the former owner. indeed, increased in July, October and now in January 2020. I am fortunate to have insurance but I count with those who have to pay everything.
