Worst service ever! Every time I call I am on the phone for a horrible amount of time, and then the line cuts off without anyone even answering. Which makes me assume that they hung up on me. Today I went physically so I don’t have to wait on the phone and the lady at the desk gave me attitude for not calling before coming and when I explained to her that they never answer, she gave me more attitude. Worst place ever, the only reason I even attempt to go here is because it is in my area. This place deserves 0 stars for horrible service and lazy unprofessional staff.

My mom used to take me to the CLSC when kid. At that time the nurses and Doctors knew me well and called me by my name. It was very convivial and everybody was taking care of everybody. No waiting no complications. With the years passing, many changes took place. I regret to lose this good relationship that was prevailent in the past. Things are getting difficult with time. Waiting time getting much longer. The lab closes at 11am. It is not possible to get an appointment with a Doctor. Many services are unavailable. The list goes on. Many restrictions growing. A patient who has to pass a simple blood test has to go wait very early at dawn to has a chance to get his turn after witing till noon. Costing him one day of work.

Staff always lovely and quick service. Never had any issues. Had my first time experience with a doctor for my baby and I was amazed. Took all the time in the world with a smile to examine my daughter and answer all my questions. Finally feel secure and was put at ease with any concerns I had. Thank you Dr. V.

This is the most disorganize clinic I've ever seen. I was assigned a family doctor back in 2015. In 2016, the doctor assigned to me went on maternity leave and came back in September 2017. While she was gone, I was transferred to a different doctor (doctor no. 2). When my original family doctor came back, I was told that I was going to be transferred back to her. However, when I called for an appointment with her, to my surprise, I was told that they could not transfer me back to my original doctor even though both my mother and brother have her as a family doctor! Fair enough. But today, I received a letter from doctor no 2 notifying me that she will be leaving the CLSC at the end of July. The letter also states that the doctor I was supposed to be transferred to (we’ll call this one doctor no.3) did not complete his/her certification examination and cannot practice medicine and thus, I must once again, register online in order to be assigned to a new physician. This CLSC is a real joke….the whole system is a joke…! The times I’ve called the CLSC, the receptionists were very rude and disrespectful. They cannot speak to me in English. As a receptionist, they should be able to speak both official languages. Also, their so called “Emergency CLSC” is so unreliable. I’ve called many times to make an appointment and all these secretaries can say is to call the following day or call back the following week. I give up on them…so useless. Now, when I need to see a doctor for an emergency; I go to a walk-in clinic downtown and am able to see a doctor the same day. The secretaries also mixed up my files and put another name as my mother’s name. I got that corrected. So incompetent…God knows what else they mix-up. My mother also went for a PAP test, but somehow, her doctor never received the results. It’s one big mix-up after another… Finally, my brother was sent by a doctor to the CLSC to get stitches and a Tetanus shot after he cut himself at work. He had the doctor’s papers with instructions. He was stitched up but was told by the nurse to come back in a week to get his Tetanus shot. My mother had to intervene and call the CLSC to explain to the secretary about the importance of receiving a Tetanus shot ASAP after such injury. Honestly, where do they get these people? I can’t believe that my hard earned money goes to fund this place and payout salaries to such incompetent staff.
