I am grateful to Maira at the Cabrini Polyclinic for her professionalism and great empathy. I suffered a knee injury right at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and even with short staff, I was able to get treatment. 6 months later the pain is gone and I would like to thank the staff, especially Dr. Maira for their hard work.

Good place. Blood test, lots of test equiptments are there which usually lot of clinics dont have them and u need to get them done somewhere and its sent to your doctor.

Horrible wait times. Unpleasant staff. Was called to come get checked for an emergency. Ended up with no one knowing why i came and ended up being just a check up. Horrible confused staff and doctors

It takes a special person to be a receptionist. I forgot the date and time of my follow-up appointment with my family doctor. When I called, the receptionist told me to look at the appt. card she had given me. I said I didn't get one but I know it was the 2nd week of December sometime. Not only was she cutting me off as I spoke but was adamant that she would never have NOT given me one. I told her there was a unruly patient at the counter at the time and I guess she forgot. She told me I was mistaken, really?? Although she spoke softly, she was rude and I can tell she really didn't want to be there. I work in a school, I would never speak to anyone condescendingly as she did. I will have to tell my Dr. when I see him in February (as per the receptionist, I didn't have an appt. in December - right !!)

Ive been calling the clinic from 8h to 10h and there's no one to answer the dam phone... + worst automatic messagerie system ever.
