Worst experience ever. i placed an order may 12, after check out i was informed the i won't receive it until June 30th. That's 49 days to get a ring set thats on a shelf in Canada. Is it coming on the back of a dog? That might be faster. VERY unhappy with Peoples Jewellers . First and last purpose , sty clear of them unless you have months to wait.

My husband had bought my ring with warranty which they said he didn't, they would not call the store he bought the ring from to confirm, so I had to. After that was sorted out the manager was assisting me to send my ring off to be resized. To be blunt her customer service was nothing short of abysmal. She is very rude and condescending. I will be taking my business to Charm next time.

Before Christmas I purchased a watch from your store as a Christmas gift for my son.One of the staff lead me threw a very long promotional process to get the watch at a better price,buy the end of this process she realized that I was not interested in getting a credit card from the store.Today Jan 3/15 I entered the store to pick up the watch as my son had returned it to the store to be resized. I entered the store and approached the centre of the store where a young man(staff member) was behind the cash.Let me make it clear that there were only 2 other people in the store at the time and they were together and were being waited on by another staff member.I stood in front of this young man for 10 minutes,not once did he greet me,make eye contact,acknowledge me in any way,he did not let me know that someone would help me as soon as they were available...Nothing.In the meantime another woman entered the store and stood not far from me...this young man did not acknowledge her either.Finally a third staff member approached him and asked what needed to be done to which he responded there are these to women here and waved in our general direction not even looking up.This newest staff member asked to help me,I told her about the watch,gave her the name,she proceeded to get the watch and then asked me to pay for the resizing.I informed her that she was the person who had sold me the watch and that she was the one who told me that resizing would be free if my son required it,so why now am I being asked to pay.When she told me a receipt was required to waive the fee,I explained that when the watch was dropped off for resizing 2 days before the sales staff declined the offer to see the receipt,Therefore I did ot bring it with me on this visit. Not only was I extremely unimpressed by the male staff members extremely rude treatment,I also find it very discouraging to see that your staff seem either untrained in your service practises or don't really care about how your customers are treated in general.I could have bought the same watch in 3 other stores in the same mall.I decided to buy it at your store.I will not make that mistake again.I also will let others know that they may well want to patronize other stores who treat their customers with respect

Horrible repair service. No in-house gemologist. Everything has to be sent out resulting in long wait times. No quality control on the repair work performed. Jewelry inspection/warranty tracking is still done on paper sheets that the customer must bring in bi-annualy. It's 2018 and this archaic system of tracking needs some SERIOUS updating.
