Worst experience for an allergy test in this clinic! One of the secretaries was really stupid with me on the phone when I wanted to make an appointment. She yelled at me afterwards, because it had been 2 times that she had called me in several months to make an appointment. I did not call her the first time, because she called my parents and they deleted the message by mistake. The day of my appointment, I go to the counter and it seems that my place was not even in the system. They still passed me between 2 patients. (luckily!) I saw the inhalo first for respiratory allergies. When he got to the doctor who had to do my food allergy tests, he kept telling jokes instead of doing his job. He said I would get allergic to my mom and such bullshit. In short, he was frankly lacking in professionalism. In the end, when I asked him if he was going to have my food allergy tests (like the inhalo told me he would do), he said he didn't have time so it would go to April (we were in February). There was only one place and it fell during 1 of my exams. So the secretary told me that she would call me for an appointment in May and finally this morning I receive a message on my voice mail from them and it seems that the doctor decided that my food allergy tests could wait and it would be fine in June! (Knowing that I react very strongly when I touch or eat a seafood ... difficulty breathing, swelling in the face and on the lips, etc.) .. Wow! What bad service, I can't believe it! I will never go back there at all and I strongly advise you not to go there! It is better to pay to see a doctor in private than to waste time in this clinic.
