A hidden jewel. Excellent smaller campground with a river and pond for fishing trout, Very well managed by an excellent couple.

We stayed 2 nights in a tent! With lots of people everywhere! You pitch your tent or you think you have a nice place! No right to fire! The water is very far from tented places! No close electrical outlet to help inflate the mattress! Or to troubleshoot! Parking too is far from tented places! No shower provided! But your right to wash in the river only if you have organic soap ...! Spend 2 days without washing when you go to a festival! I think it's disgusting!

Very warm and simple campsite. Not too many pitches, two log cabins for rent, a horse paddock, another for llamas, a patit lake stocked, a large wood and a beautiful river. We were installed in the heights, in the forest, so very intimate. The main part downstairs looked ok too. By cons toilets and showers are a bit rudimentary, I think. I recommend going to the reception pavilion, where there is a nice bathroom, like a real personal bathroom! In the morning, the first surveys leave the coffee machine for everyone. There is a sitting area with TV, books, games and sofa, as well as a small convenience store that sells frozen local products (meat, fish). The owners are very hospitable and accomodating, the rates are really not high. Dogs are allowed and they can even swim provided they do not interfere with the fishermen of course. On the other hand, the slope to the reception pavilion and the main zone of the camp-site is in gravel. We had a little trouble getting back with the tent trailer because the car has no 4 wheel drive, so it skated a little! We think to go back because it is really a beautiful place as we like, but it is certain that we will not go down with the trailer! To recommend!
