Incredible called to inquire about a friend Said “not here” hung up Rude!!!!

Staff was very rude when I called to see if my son was ok. I am so terribly upset that I called and I was not ignorant , I only wanted to know if my son was ok and the man that answered my phone call was completely ignorant. It was heart breaking.

Worked here briefly a few years back. Some excellent programs serving a wide array of mental health illnesses. Unfortunately, this facility has some questionable safety policies in effect. Many of those doors that you can view from the outside of the facility are permanently locked. The unit staff DO NOT have keys for these doors and do not have a means to exit most of them. In a facility occupied by unstable and frequently aggressive clients this is a major safety concern..a concern that staff have apparently been discouraged to alert patients and their guardians about. In an incidence of active assailant or inescapable aggression people could easily be trapped without rapid escape options. I understand that staff have appealed repeatedly to management but concerns have fallen on deaf ears.

This is a horrible hospital! I got out into a program after being sent to a another group, the first time they didn’t change any meds which was fine because I was functioning and than as soon as went to the next unit I was booted out of the 8 week program 2 weeks in because I wasn’t feeling well and I told them it was the med change making me sick

These People Are So Rude. They Hung Up On Me For Asking To Talk To My Sister. This Place Needs To Fire All current Staff And Re- Staff the place.
