Great place for all your storage needs. Secure and accessible. Place is always clean and there's carts to help move all your stuff. The best part is the staff, always super nice, makes it feel like an extension of home whenever I'm there. Have rented here for years, and bonus having u haul services on site for when you have to move.

A good facility. It is clean and well run. The phone code didn't work on several occasions as it was changed automatically when the phone number on the account was changed. It would have been nice to have been told that, instead of finding out the hard way.

There aren't enough words to say how great StoreSmart Storage in Canmore, AB is!! I have had a storage unit there for over 15 years, and have never once felt worried about my belongings stored there. The building itself is immaculate, and secured extremely well. The team at the Canmore location actually care about the tenants, unlike many storage places I have experienced before. Particularly Kamilla and Andrew, are amazing people who have been so kind in working with me through COVID-19. As a business owner, things are so uncertain during these extraordinary times. They have been understanding and so supportive through it all. Kamilla is so organized and such a pleasure to work with. I have had storage units elsewhere before, but I will never go anywhere else, so long as I live in the Bow Valley! Thanks for always taking such great care of me!!

We rented a storage unit for 2 months from StoreSmart in Canmore. The whole process went very smoothly and the service was great. We had to change our check out date multiple times, which they always happily did for us. Well priced units in a range of sizes.

StoreSmart in Canmore was absolutely a pleasure to be dealing with! Great customer service! The storage itself was very easy to access, and all the instructions were great. Highly recommend!
