Assistance there takes forever and the front desk staff have a permanent scowel and rarely know what to do. Every visit there takes me at least 10 minutes with costumers rarely in sight. I visit all the banks in town on a regular basis and the service here by comparison is atrocious. Sorry, can't think of a good review to give.

Absolutely unbelievable! One of the advisers held the door open for me and kicked me out of his office after simple trying to discuss my account. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! They are absolutely rude! I would never recommend this bank to ANYONE!

I have been banking with Scotia for 5 years in Athabasca, they are courteous and when it comes down to what matters most: getting me approved for money, they have come through every time, even when other banks didnt. I use them and I recommend them.

Getting into see a financial advisor regarding mortgages or account transfers or changes is a nightmare!! Good luck even trying to reach this branch on the phone. Nothing is ever dealt with in a timely manner. Deal with any Scotia but this one.

Not friendly at all the customer service is absolutely horrible and as the advisers I have nothing but problems with this bank. Never again!
