Parkstone Dental Clinic

My first appointment at Parkstone was wonderful. By far most comfortable I’ve ever felt at a dental office. All the staff are very polite and helpful. My hygienist (Shayne) was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Jeffries is great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office!

I think I found a magician in Sherwood Park. Seriously, if you dread going to the dentist, then Parkstone Dental will change your mind. Picture this: you're nervous, like really clench-your-hands-hear-your-heartbeat kind of nervous. Why? Because you're at the dentist to fix a mistake made by your previous dentist. But you walk in and are greeted by two exceptionally friendly receptionists who introduce you to a dental assistant. The dental assistant notices your nerves right away and somehow manages to put you at ease with her cheerful and understanding demeanor. Then Dr. Jeffries comes in. He's calm, patient and completely open with all aspects of the dental procedure- if your current dentist hides your x-rays like they're some top secret information you need to switch dentists! At the end if the appointment you somehow find yourself thinking, that's it? That wasn't so bad. It's been about 24 hours since my tooth extraction. The pain is minimal and the dental experience itself was not the fear-inducing experience I thought it would be. If you're looking for a dentist with exceptional staff and services then I highly recommend Parkstone Dental.

Dr. Jeffries and his staff at Parkstone Dental are awesome! The front end staff have always been personable and professional. Dr. Jeffries has been kind and caring with both of my children and made them feel comfortable when they were a little anxious. Would definitely recommend this dental office to my friends.

Our family has been going to Parkstone Dental now for many years and I could not recommend a better dentist! My daughter had trouble with her teeth when she was five and required to have some teeth removed and Dr. Jeffrie made it very easy. We had previously went to two other dentists. One being a pediatric dentistry but Harlee did not have a good experience here and we were lucky to have found this great dental office who took great care of her. Although Parkstone is 25 minutes from where we live we are happy to make the commute knowing the level of care we get every time we go here! I most recently had a bad infection while in quarantine and called in to speak with Dr. Jeffrie and within minutes he was available and had sent a prescription to my pharmacy for me. Once I was out of quarantine we found the cause to be an infected wisdom tooth and on day two I am already feeling much better than I had when I had another wisdom tooth extraction done at a different dentist. I cannot recommend them enough! They are always very kind and knowledgeable!

My first appointment at Parkstone was an excellent experience. You can tell they care about their patients and take the time to show you/explain everything in detail. Definitely recommend :)
