Morinville Clinic

Very disappointed with the treatment my mother was given today. My wife and I have always been treated very well when we have needed to use there services. Today my mothers doctor told her to go to the clinic and have her blood tested. When my mother arrived the usual procedure had changed do to Covid. Rather then being a gentleman and explain the new procedure the large male employee commented to my mother "you can't read can you?" Then was very snarky that they where far to busy and needed an appointment. Needing an appointment is 100% understandable but why did this person need to treat her like that? Would he like it if someone treated his mother or wife that way? Nothing will be done to fix what happened I'm just very disappointed that seniors are being treated this way.

Beats the wait times at clinics in St. Albert. Great staff that gets you in and out quickly. Easy accessibility off of 100 Street.
