Amazing Customer Service, I went to this store with my prescription and they gave good promotions to get my first glasses and not only that the glasses came up to pickup in a week exactly. Couple weeks later when Edmonton got hit by the first snowstorm I fall due to the slippery roads my glasses were protected by the case. However, the case got cracked. I went to the store just in case they could replace the case. Not only they checked my glasses after the fall , they replace the case for a brand new. They were beyond my expectations

I have been a customer of Lens Crafters for a very long time. I always went to the WEM location. I am so happy I went to the Westmount location today. The eye doctor and the glasses technician I saw today was amazing!!

I went in and within one week my glasses were ready. They said it could take up to 3 weeks. Witch would have been ok as well with covid and all. They fit nice and i feel much better so far. Thanks guys.

I think that Lenscrafters is the best optical place to get your glasses when you need a new pair.

Unbelievably bad service. Not ready when promised. Billed insurance instantly but takes 3 weeks to refund. After cancelling order once got a call saying my glasse were in but damaged. Can’t make another claim with insurance because of them. Had to pay out of pocket and still no glasses. Thanks for ruining holiday waiting around. Would stay away from this store at all costs
